Join us for Windsor’s annual Torchlight Parade — it’s FREE to participate! Decorate your truck, tractor, golf cart, car, or float and come join in the parade procession and light up Broad Street with holiday cheer! Let’s make this a night to remember! Prizes will be awarded for the best-decorated vehicles, including the Santa’s Sleigh Award, Mayor’s Award, and Rudolph’s Award!
